Your mission

  • Management and further development of the PPC team as well as technical support for customer projects
  • Development and implementation of powerful PPC strategies using the latest technologies
  • Management and optimization of cross-channel PPC campaigns
  • Technical exchange with the team and support in customer communication
  • Independent management and strategic control of advertising budgets
  • Creation and analysis of reports, competitor and target group analyses
  • Monitoring and prioritization of measures to achieve customer goals
  • Derivation and implementation of targeted optimization measures to increase performance
  • Proactive further development of the PPC & SEA division within the agency

Your profile

  • Minimum initial management experience, e.g., as a senior manager or in a comparable role
  • Confident use of Excel and data-driven analyses
  • Several years of experience in PPC advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels)
  • Completed degree or training in marketing, business administration, communication sciences, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and at least one other relevant advertising platform
  • Business fluent German
  • Basic understanding of automation (e.g., bulk processing, scripts, macros)
